New THEAD Column

Is there a hook where I can add a new column to the THEAD of either a Grouped field and/or the general screen. Right now it’s Order, Label, Name, Type, and I would like to add a new column to display the value of a new field setting I’ve added.

No, there are no hooks or filters that can be used to alter this part of the field group editor page.
