Multiple Row Layouts with Heading Sections

I’m looking to break my row_layouts into sections and include a heading for each using the Flex Content plugin.

Can anyone help me with this?

you can do this using the repeater, set it up to have a title as well as a flexible layout set.

I’m working on a similar layout. Is this the wrong use of the flexible content feature?
