Multi-Site User Registration Fields?

I created fields and set them to display on User Forms > All, which works great for a typical WP install.

However, on my multi-site install, they do not display on the user registration form.

I noticed that a typical WP install renders the user registration form on /wp-login.php?action=register
However, multisite redirects you to /signup, which renders from /wp-signup.php
Is there a way to get the ACF fields on the registration form at /signup (/wp-signup.php)?
