Multi criteria filter plugin

Hi,
i build a real estate website for a client and i prefer to create my own custom post type with advanced custom fields rather than use a real estate plugin.

But i need a multi criteria filter plugin,

Someone knows which is the more stable, flexible and compatible with advanced custom field plugin.

Hi,
I cannot recommend any specific plugin for the same, However if you explain more on what you intend to filter, it actually might be possible using the acf api.
