Moving repeater causes child fields to dissappear

Moving a repeater field from one ACF group to another, using the “Move” button, causes the child fields to be deleted. This happened to me with a very simple repeater (no sub repeaters and only two child fields). The first field was an image upload field and the second field was select menu with 3 options.
