Modify ACF front end taxonomy

Hi,
I use a hiérarchical taxonomy dropdown on front end, please how can i modify the values before they are displayed ?
I need to change ‘-‘ character, add bold to parents…

if i understand ACF taxonomy uses SELECT2 JS library and in that allows multiple options (hierarchical, bold etc…) Possible to setup these optinos ?
