Missing add/edit link button in wysiwyg field

I’m using the wordpress 4.0 and ACF 4.3.9
In the wysiwyg (full) field i don’t have the add/edit link button

I’ve tried also to work with TinyMCE to add the buttons but it did not help. In the normal content editor i do have these buttons.

What do you think could be the problem?

Dod you find a solution yet?
it happens to me too but I don’t see that you are getting answer here
I believe it will be fixed in the next ACF update
meanwhile, please let me know if you have a temporary solution
