Meta_key bug with repeater

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the repeater field. Occasionally, all the metadata keys for the documents in this field end up with double underscores “__” in their names, which results in empty fields when editing a post. This issue seems to occur randomly. Have you encountered this problem before? If so, how did you resolve it?
For example: the meta_key “marketing_documents_0_document” turns into “marketing_documents__0_document” due to this bug.
