Meta name and content format in the back end

How do you output the ACF field in the following format in the source code.

<mata name=”the-field-name” content=”field_input_contents”>

I am creating a scholar journal and for google to properly index the page for google scholar I have to provide meta names for parts of a scholar journal (author, publication dat, etc..)
