Menu Item Not seem to appear on wp-admin

Cheers guys, i saw another post regarding this issue. I am experiencing a problem, i want to implement a Menu item into my Primary Menu on WordPress and it is not showing into the WordPress Admin Appearance-> Menus.
My debug part: 1st of all i see that the theme i use has a few edits into the Menu part, i changed the theme, same result, i deactivate all the plugins also, just to check this issue.
There is something i can force the field to appear into the menu section ?
Wordpress Version : 4.9.5
ACF Version: 5.6.7
