Menu Custom Field added into Sub-Menu

I have a custom field set to a specific menu. I have no trouble getting the field to show ast the start or end of the menu based on the documentation here – https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/adding-fields-menus/

However I need the field to be added within the sub-menu/after the child menu items.

Is this acheivable?
