Making Product Category Dependent Custom Fields

I am looking to create a rule that is dependent on product category.

Each product has multiple product categories they belong to.

Each product category has specific data that is only to be shown in that specific category.

So I need to match the custom field value to each product in the specific product category it belongs to.

Do I need pro and how do I set this up?

I have it set now where it is not category dependent and don’t know how to change it.
