It’s been a rough few months now that WP 7.1 is all iframe and the “Edit” version of ACF Blocks have had to transition.
I think the Expanded Editor is a move in the right direction. It’s basically the approach all of the page builder (Elementor, Divi, etc) have taken to handle their editor UI.
So, make it bigger. Currently, .acf-block-form-modal is width 50%. I imagine there are a lot of people who made repeater blocks or even regular fields that were width: 20%, width: 15%, etc, that looked great in the old Edit mode but are still very scrunched in the Expanded Editor. I’m writing custom CSS to combat this, but overall, I think it should just be bigger.
