Make field only display if checked option is selected

Hello,

Can anyone suggest what code i would need to make field only display if a checked option is selected?

I can make the fields display, but displays it on all posts whether it filled in when the post was created or not.

The checked option, is my way of creating a post type, while still posting as a post.
