Make a CPT of an answer of a ACF

If I write a answer to a question from Advanced Custom Field.
Can I use it as a alternativ in a different question?

I made a calendar with Custom Post Type, and I want users to be able to add their own location.

Today, they can add a location with ACF relationships but unless that place exist, I would like that they can create it by entering the location and it will creat a Custom Post Type.
