Location Rules

Is it possible to add a filter to the Location Rules?

I have another form called “Client Details” for the Post Type “clients” and in that form is a True/False element for “Enable API”.

I need a form to only display if the Post Type is “clients” and if the “Client Details->Enable API” form element is true.
