Load ACF plugin functions in different file

Im customizing new-post view and want to integrate direct field editing (without media modal popup)

I created form and want to use ajax to save new values onChange.

Ajax send all info to example.php and i want to call update_field() there.

The question:

How to load all nesseccary functions in this file that i be able to call update_field()
