List ACF Field Group changes?

Is there any hook I can use to get the OLD fields before the ACF Field Group is changed?

I want to know when I’m deleting a field/what field.

I’ve tried the acf/update_field_group and the save_post actions but when I usd acf_get_fields I already get the updated list.
