Link within a page

Taken over a site at work for someone else. Looks like the pages are built using Advanced custom fields, and it’s my first time using it. Can’t seem to create a link that would scroll down towards a section at the bottom of the page. Any help would be appreciated

If you select “link to external site” you can use regular HTML to make it work by adding a CSS ID to the section you want it to scroll to
