Link vs. Page link vs. Post Object vs. URL

Hi,
I’m currently testing the new “Link” field type added in ACF v5.6. I was wondering if there are any tips on when to use this new field type? There are already several other similar field types available (see title).

@elliot and others: Do you have something like a comparison table of these field types to easily spot differences and find use cases?
