Limit the tools shown in Wysiwyg field?

Hello. We’d like our authors to only be allowed to enter links and italics. Nothing else. Is this doable in Wysiwyg field, without my own custom coding etc?

Found this Help item, but it doesn’t work. Nothing happens. Is there a way to call my_toolbars in a specific custom field group?
