Limit layout to specific count

I am working on a layout using Flexible Field. It contains many layouts. I want to limit some layouts to add only one (or provided count like 2 or 3) time.

Is their any possibility for this?

This is already built in. When creating a layout there are two fields marked Min and Max. These will limit the number of that layout.
