I need licence details for my existing Advanced Custom Fields PRO licence which I am using in WP engine websites.
It might be registered with [email protected] or [email protected]. Would you be able to help with this.
This is a user forum and the developers do not visit here. I would try logging in and/or changing the passwords for the different email addresses if you have access to those email addresses. In all seriousness, I doubt that the developers are going to provide this information if you’re not able to log in to the account.
I also tried to reset password but didn’t receive any email to reset the password on any of the email id. What could be done in this case. Would you be able to find our is there any licence is with RealChemistry account. I am just trying to find out all possible solutions from which we can get these details. Kindly help.. Let me know further steps can be taken to get these details.

You might also try contacting WP Engine Support since they are now the people that own ACF.
