Using ACF4, if the field group title is missing in the Field Group Editor when you try to save it, or if you remove the title and then click update, an error is returned that the “Field group title is required”, however when you click OK the spinner is not removed and the “disabled” class remains on the publish button, preventing further submissions.
Using Chrome to inspect the element and removing the “disabled” class allows the form to be submitted again.
This class should be cleared when the form title is updated.
This seems to be corrected in the latest version, if you’re still having a problem see if there are any JavaScript errors reported, other than the alert, when you save a field group.
