Keeping the list view after saving

It would be nice if the list view, if i selected it, stays visible after saving a post in the backend.
Instead, the Gallery View always jumps back to the “full view”.
Editing with full size images is sometimes a bit cumbersome.

Hi @cemico

Thanks for the feedback. The gallery field is undergoing some major changes and this will not be an issue in ACF v5

Hmm. I have ACF v5, and there now seems to be no option to toggle between list and grid view.

For my clients’ sake, it would be great if the Title, Alternate Text, Caption and Description could be displayed beside each Gallery image as the Gallery List view used to do (scrub video to 51 secs to see toggle).

Even better if those fields could be edited in place next to their images.

Any chance of this happening, Elliot?
