Hi,

Where can I find the documentation about the time picker ?

I would like to hide the seconds selector and allow only 15 minutes steps.

You can modify the time picker arguments by using the time_picker_args JavaScript filter. This page should give you more idea about it: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/adding-custom-javascript-fields/#filters (under the time_picker_args section).
