I am generating two forms. One larger, using tabs and containing a date picker field. One small with a date picker field and a text field.
When I call the larger form first, the tabs and date picker in the large form work correct but the date picker in the second form doesn’t function. clicking the field doesn’t open the date picker.
When I call the small form first the date picker in the small form works correct, but the tabs in the larger form have disappeared and the date picker in the large form is not functioning.
In the admin are everything seem to work correct.
What version of ACF are you using?
I just tried this with ACF5 and I’m not able to reproduce the issue.
My test was on a site with nothing but ACF active and Twenty Fifteen theme. Have you tried deactivating other plugins to see what might be causing the conflict?
I am using acf 4.4.11.

I didn’t try the suggested solution yet. I prefer a solution where I don’t need to change the plugin files.
Yes, this is a bug in ACF4, just tested it.
