I've fixed the Polish translation. How to contribute?

Hi,

I’ve fixed the Polish translation. Still, it’s not perfect, but it’s way better than it used to be.

I’ve fixed:

• typos
• grammar
• inconsistent naming
• completley wrong, misleading translations (especially for the taxonomies and terms)

There’s no public repo I can contribute to so here you go.

You need to contact the developer and talk to him about this. I don’t know if he’s looking for a translator for polish or not. Also you didn’t include a url in that link.
