Issues in taxonomy in acf form

Hello

I have used a acf_form with taxonomy listing and edit a custom post.

But once I click on any element of the taxonomy listing then the Field group become hidden.Once we submit it then also the the field group removed so The edited data could not save.

I have searched in your forum but i did not any solution for it.
