Issue with Select Field when used clone into clone

Hello, I got an issue with a Select custom field.
I have a custom field in Home that uses clone TEXT(text) which includes a clone of CTA(text_cta) that contains 3 custom fields (Link type – internal external file) which is a select option. (text_cta_cta_type) which displays per case some field but it doesn’t work.
