Is there a way to programmatically insert new ACFields ?

Hi there,
I was wondering if exists a way to programmatically add new fields to wordpress. I mean, I have 30 blocks of 10 custom fields to add. I don’t want to add them using the interface, or better I wouldn’t prefer.

Is there any code to do that ?

you can generate field groups using JSON for example
