Is the new Google Map Field a replacement for the Location Field add-on?

Hi @jjeaton

Quite simply, the location field (on github) was developed by a 3rd party.
The Google maps field (in ACF 4.3.0) is a core developed field.

Essentially, they both do the same thing, but offer different code and interface design.
