Interface to Metrilo

I am using ACF 5.7.7 and created a group that has a Checkbox field with 6 options and is shown on add/edit User Form.

My next step is to create Tags for Metrilo using the API to reflect the options selected.

Looking for suggestions on how and where to trigger the call to Metrilo
