InnerBlocks broken in editor on WP 6.2

Upon upgrading to WP 6.2, all custom ACF blocks we created with InnerBlocks elements show the message:

This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

Other custom ACF blocks without InnerBlocks work fine and are unaffected.

Has anyone else encountered this and have any thoughts on a fix?
