Info request before buying

Hello,
I’m in the process to evaluate one of the many available WordPress resources to customize and delivery an already existing theme. For making the right choice I need to know if your plugin is capable to take a freely available theme, edit only its home layout (editing the related admin panel settings too) and deliver it to a non-profit that will sell it as item as .zip file? I mean for example: take simplebright theme for doing something like this: http://i.imgur.com/PY147Li.png

two content area where displaying two posts or article (depending from the admin panel settings). Thank you.

What do you mean by “deliver it to a non-profit that will sell it as item as .zip”?

Is this non profit going to sell the ACF plugin?
