Solving

In front-end error

  • Hi,
    I’ve a problem with ACF

I’ve set two fields on the site http://www.disabilincorsa.com: “Disciplina” and “Provincia” (you can see it in the home page on the word “Ricerca Guida Sportiva”).
In this site are inserted the athletes that want help the disabled who do sports.
In the field “Disciplina” are listed the sport disciplines and in the field “Provincia” are listed the cityin witch live the athletes that help the disabled.

The problem shows up if i try to insert athletes that do more than one sport. For example
    Provincia: Roma
    Disciplina: Ciclismo

    Everything works.

But if I try to put
    Provincia: Roma
    Disciplina: Ciclismo and Trekking

Opening the menu on the word “Disciplina” appears an error:
    a:2:{i:0;s:2:”27″;i:1;s:2:”46″;}

Creating the field “Disciplina” I’ve used
    taxonomy: category
    type of field: checkbox

    Can you help me?
I use the free version or the plugin

    Thank’s

  • Hi @wp1980

Could you please share the code you used to show the choices and the XML export field of your field group so I can test it out on my installation?

    Thanks 🙂

  • Hi James!

    Can you help me?

    Thank’s 🙂

  • Any solutions? 🙁

  • Hi
If I buy PRO ACF could I fix this problem?

would I have technical support with the PRO version?

    Thanks

  • Hi @wp1980

You can get the XML export file by exporting it from “Custom Fields > Export”. Please don’t forget to share your code too.

ACF provides support for both free and PRO versions. This page should give you more idea about it: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/kind-support-provide/.

If you want to get support, kindly open a new ticket here: https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/new-ticket. Also, please don’t forget to explain the issue again and provide the link to this thread.

    Thanks 🙂
