Improve "Hide on screen" functionality for WP 4.1

With the resolution of WP bugs 28196 (changeset 29803) and 29348 (changeset 29804), it’s now possible to apply styles to the native form fields on edit-tags.php and user-edit.php. Could the “Hide on screen” feature be updated to include these new fields? Perhaps the section could be dynamically populated based on location rules.
