Impossible to indicate license key in WordPress

Good evening
I am having an issue with my License Key. I bought a licence for 2 to multiple websites. I succeeded to register the license key on the first one. But as I try to register on a second one, it replies “Impossible to contact the server”. Have you any idea to solve it? Because I can’t access the update without it.

Thanks for the post.

This issue can arise when you have a firewall installed on your host that would prevent the connection to our server at connect.advancedcustomfields.com.

I would recommend you get in touch with your host and check if they can solve this on their end.

If not kindly enquire on your outgoing IP address and create a ticket at [email protected] with this info.
