Importing IPTC/EXIF into ACF

I’m new to this and trying to get my head around the best way to take the metadata stored in photos and video into custom fields in ACF. I don’t want to do this manually as all of the keywords are already in the IPTC data (along with other info). Do I need a separate plugin to do this? sorry if this is a daft question
