Importing into 4 from Pro (5)

Hi

I have built a load of field groups for someone in my version of ACF (pro version 5) but they are using free version 4.3.9. As I cannot import the JSON into ACF 4 as it expects XML I have tried registering all the fields in a plugin but they still don’t appear. Does anyone know of a way to get ACF Pro fields into ACF free?

Thanks for the post.

Unfortunately this is not possible since the version 5 field types have a different architecture to those in v 4.x.x and below of the plugin.

I am afraid you might need to create these field groups afresh.
