Importing acf-json files with flex content results in text

I’ve this default flexible content ACF group that I always use in my theme. This one is synced via the acf-json folder. I’ve now setup a new site, activated the theme and synced the fields, but this results in that particular importing as a text field instead of a flexible_content field.

I’ve tried importing the file via the import tools, but this has the same result. I’ve also tried moving back two versions of the ACF pro plugin, but this also has the same result.
