Import meta key data to ACF field

Hi,

I just made a new fiel called “Description”. This field will replace the descrition field from the old template.

I have almost 2000 (custom) posts so it will be a very big job to do it manually.
I know the meta key from the old template.

How can I copy the data into the new field in mysql?
