import / export fields groups

Hello,
Is it possible to import / export fields groups.
I always begins and test localhost and then I want to transfer to the production site

Hi @hdcms,

Yes it is possible to export and import field groups using the native ACF export/import tool that can be found on the ACF menu item. It gives you the option of either doing a PHP import or a JSON import of your field groups.
