I created with ACF 4.4.3 my tables, how do import them in ACF Pro 5.3.2.2?

Going to need some more information.

What did you create using ACF4, the field, or the content of the fields? How did you recreate the fields in ACF5? What are you trying to import, the field groups and fields of the data in those fields?
