Hi, I have a php function on my functions.php, which reads the xml data from a file and store them in an array. I have register with php some select ACF on my posts.
Is is possible to get the choices of the ACF from my php function, or from the XML?

You could try using function acf_update_field() to modify the field. This is not a documented function. It is the function called by ACF when you change field settings and update in the admin.
