Images not showing until admin saves entry

I am creating a business listing site, and added a custom image into the listing to show a coupon.

When the client creates the listing, everything looks fine, until they go to view the entry. Everything is good, except for the custom image. It is a broken image icon.

I log in to the admin dashboard and the individual listing is fine. Everything is as it should be.

If I save the listing as an admin, (making no edits) the images now appear.

Any ideas?
