Image Upload Field not working?

Hello,

My client is encountering a strange issue with multiple Image Upload fields. I am not experiencing the same issue on my end, using the same browser.

When they click “add image”, upload an image and choose “Select”, the admin screen is showing an empty image:

If they delete the image here, click “add image” again and choose the image from the media library – everything works fine.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi @thad

Your screenshots show an image field with a src attribute that has returned a 404. Check that the image field is adding the correct src. You can do this with firebug.
