Image field doesn't work for menu items

Hi,
The image field for a menu item doesn’t work, the media library doesn’t open, there is an error in the console can't access property "query", wp.media is undefined.

It occure only when we add the item. If we save the menu it works

Seems to be some issues in the menu item location rules, submit as bug to developers.
