iframe form won't display

WP version 5.0.3 Up-to-date ACF plugin:

In the past a client’s site has loaded a CRM form via an iframe into a text area ACF (no formatting). https://screencast.com/t/OA8eKXKB5

Checking the iframe URL, the form works and displays, but it will not display in the WP modal that loads the iframe (iframe should appear in dark blue area of modal):

Has anyone else come across this problem?
