How would you move lots of acf groups to another website?

Hello,

I need to move lots of advanced custom field groups from one WordPress website to another. How would you do this, please? Is there a good plugin or method, which you can recommend, please? I just want to move the advanced custom field groups & nothing else.

I have looked for an appropriate plugin but couldn’t find one.

ACF has a built in tool to export to JSON and then import those files into the new site.
